Email address (for account login), Ethereum deposit address (auto-generated per chain), and gameplay history (bet amounts, outcomes, timestamps, verifiable seeds). We do not collect KYC documents at present.
How you first found us: campaign tags on the link you arrived from (e.g. utm_source), the referring website's address, the first page you visited, and how many free demo rounds you played before signing up. This is kept in your browser until you create an account, then stored with your account together with the days you use the site and when you first deposit. We use it only to measure which advertising and referral channels bring players; it is never sold or shared.
Account email is used for sign-in and withdrawal approvals. Gameplay history is used to detect fraud (rogue-pattern flagging) and to settle disputes. Deposit addresses are used to credit incoming ETH.
We do not sell user data. We share withdrawal information with admin reviewers (currently a single internal address) for approval. We may share aggregated, anonymised statistics for compliance reporting.
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Gameplay history is retained for 7 years to meet audit requirements. To request deletion (where legally permissible), email support@wolftechnologies.co.uk.
